Computer Tutor

All of us know that there is so much to learn when you get your first computer.  You're handed the box of bits, cords and things, and expected to know what to do.  The truth is most of us stumble aimlessly around, eventually finding partial information for one person, more infomation from the next (which doesn't always agree with the first) and eventually we think we've got it and we start using the silly thing, press the wrong button and we're back to square one.  Bronwen has come across this time and time again with customers, employees and even IT students not knowing the "Fundementals In Computing".  Even in schools they assume that all students know the basics because they use the computer at school or home, it isn't taught.

Bronwen decided to prepare a course which will take her students step by step with diagrams and activities from "What is that cord and where does it go and why?"  to "What programs are designed for which purpose, the basics of how to use those programs, the internet and email. Also what is a virus and how do you prevent our computers from getting them". 

Bronwen offers very a relaxed environment.  Her friendly approachable nature means you feel comfortable asking what you may think is a silly question.  Bronwen tells all her staff "There is no such thing as a silly or stupid question if you don't know, only silly or stupid mistakes because you didn't ask."

SMALL GROUPS ONLY
Bronwen feels that large groups make it too difficult to answer questions and interact with her students, so she only has small classes.  Computers/Laptops can be supplied for you to use during the class, however you are always encouraged to bring your own.  This way any issues/questions can be dealt with straight away.

Bronwen can organise tutoring 1 on 1, however this is more expensive than in a group.  She will also be selling the manuals for the people who wish to teach themselves.  Free phone support is available to those who participate in the group classes.
